Yes, all ingredients are vegetarian and we use vegetarian capsules instead of tablets. SkinRecovery is also suitable for vegans.

You can carefully open the capsule and mix the powder with, for example, yoghurt or custard.

Precaution! The content of SkinRecovery is yellow (turmeric) and may stain on clothing.

RI is an abbreviation for Reference Intake. Reference Intakes are statutory guideline values ​​set by the European Commission.

Why is an RI sometimes 400% and not 100%?

This is because this is the recommended, safe, amount for the purpose for which the supplement is intended. Sometimes you need a higher dose to reach the purpose, in our case the skin. There are European rules regarding the maximum and safe RI, and it goes without saying that we comply to these rules.

Take two capsules a day, in the morning with breakfast and in the evening with dinner. If required, an extra capsule may be taken before bedtime. Do not take more than four capsules a day.
